North, South Korea move to repair ties

South Korean President Park Geun-hye attends a Memorial Day ceremony in Seoul for victims of the Korean War. Hostility between North and South has been growing in recent months, but on Thursday there were signs that the neighbours could return to talks. The president called on Pyongyang to stop making threats and begin reconciliation.
