Qusair: grim aftermath of battle

Two weeks of bitter fighting have left much of the Syrian town of Qusair in ruins. In the yard of one house bodies lay. There were at least three - all appeared to have been executed. The governor of Homs whose province includes Qusair says his country will be what he called 'the graveyard of global terror'. (SOUNDBITE) (Arabic) GOVERNOR OF HOMS, AHMAD MOUNIR MOHAMED, SAYING: ''Wherever terrorism goes and wherever it escapes, the footsteps of the Syrian army will follow it along with the honourable patriotic people, to put an end to terrorism and make Syria the graveyard of global terror.'' Syrian government forces and their Lebanese Hezbollah allies have seized control of the town. A local opposition group says more than 500 rebels died in the fighting. A thousand more were wounded.
