Three dead in Cambodia factory collapse

A collapsed ceiling at a shoe factory in Cambodia has killed three people. The collapse happened around 7 in the morning local time. A Reuters reporter saw footwear bearing the name "Asics" scattered around the damaged warehouse, where rescue crews were clearing away rubble The shoe factory is owned by Wing Star Shoes, a Taiwan company. The International Monetary Fund says garments account for about 80 percent of the Southeast Asian nation's exports.
