Kate spends second wedding anniversary with sick children

ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) The Duchess of Cambridge spends her second wedding anniversary not with her husband, Prince William, but with young patients at a children's hospice. Two years after she got married in Westminster Abbey, the Duchess of Cambridge on Monday (April 29) celebrated her wedding anniversary to Prince William with a solo visit to a children's hospice in southern England. The pregnant Duchess met young patients, their families and volunteers for a tea party at Naomi House in Winchester. The center provides support to children with life-limiting conditions. The Duchess saw how these children made use of the hydro-therapy pool, before meeting older children in a marquee in the garden. Her visit coincides with Children's Hospice Week.
