Rape of five-year-old sparks Delhi protest

Relatives and activists marched on the building on Friday (April 19) where the girl was admitted in a critical condition. Media reports say a neighbour allegedly raped and tortured the child while holding her hostage for three days. Demonstrators accused police of inaction. Meenakshi Lekhi is a spokesperson for the Indian opposition.
