No agreement at Iran nuclear talks

Two days of talks in Kazakhstan between world powers and Iran on its nuclear programme have ended without agreement...and no agreement to meet again. Tehran is negotiating with the five permanent members of the UN security council -- the U.S., Russia, China, the UK and France -- plus Germany. The EU says their positions remain far apart. (SOUNDBITE) (English) EUROPEAN UNION FOREIGN POLICY CHIEF CATHERINE ASHTON, SAYING: "For the first time that I've seen, a real back and forward between us, where we're able to discuss details, to pose questions, and to get answers directly on the sort of issues that we need to discuss in order to be able to move forward. To that extent, that has been a very important element. However, what matters in the end is substance and in that we are still a considerable way apart."
