North Korean leader visits frontline

State television showed Kim Jong-un on Thursday (March 7) visiting two military units near its sea border with the South. The state news agency said he urged the soldiers to respond to any attack. The footage was released as the United Nations approved new sanctions targeting the North nuclear and missile programmes. South Korea's defence ministry welcomed the move, and said they are ready to act if provoked.
