Office of Egypt's opposition leader ransacked

(ROUGH CUT ONLY - NO REPORTER NARRATION) A group of masked armed robbers in Egypt stormed a building on February 22 housing the headquarters of the Ghad El-Thawra Liberal Party, which is led by the opposition politician Ayman Nour. They set fire to parts of the meeting hall and left Arabic graffiti written over the walls that read; "a threat to any traitor," and the logo of the black bloc (B.B) - an anarchistic opposition group - with the words: "taking revenge." Senior party member Ahmed Abdelgawad, said important documents, video cassettes and computers were taken from Nour's office. "We are paying for our position against violence as we are condemning any kind of violence, we do not accuse specific individuals, but this attack has been plotted by those who call for violence. It has been implemented by those who are providing political and media support for violence against anybody opposing their opinions," he said.
