British PM Cameron meets India's Singh

(ROUGH CUT ONLY - NO REPORTER NARRATION) British Prime Minister David Cameron, who is leading a delegation of more than 100 companies, four ministers and nine members of parliament, meets Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh with an aim to double trade between the two nations to 23 billion pounds. At Delhi's airport, Cameron was received by India's Minister of State for Human Resource and Development Jitin Prasada and India's foreign Secretary Ranjan Mathai while on a three-day visit to the country. Cameron is expected to lobby India to open up its economy to foreign investment to allow retailers, such as Britain's Tesco, to open outlets there amid frustration that many of the sectors in which British business excels remain partly or fully closed to foreign investors.
