Obama may have more quality time in 2nd term for lawmakers

ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION). STORY: U.S. President Barack Obama in his final news conference of his first term said he may have more time on his hands in the second term. Obama was asked to respond to criticism that he has not spent enough time developing personal relationships with members of Congress. He told the news conferences that now that his daughters are getting older they are less interested in spending time with him -- and perhaps republicans in Congress may want to come "play cards" now that he has more time.
