Hillary Clinton back at work, feeling fine

U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton says that she is "thrilled" to return to work following her recent illness. She told reporters she is looking forward to resolving unfinished business before handing the keys to her office to U.S. Senator John Kerry, who has been nominated to succeed her.
