Duchess of Cambridge shows off her hockey skills

ROUGH CUT - NO REPORTER NARRATION Kate Middleton showed off her hockey skills at a visit to her old school of St. Andrews on Friday (November 30). The Duchess of Cambridge jogged around an artificial pitch in three-inch high calf length boots for a few minutes against a group of eight to 12 year-olds. She trapped and passed the ball, just as she had done when she represented the school in the sport during her time there from 1986 to 1995. Kate spoke of her love of athletics as she opened the new hockey field on St. Andrews Day. "Sport has been a huge part of my life, and I feel incredibly grateful for the opportunities I had to play outside on such wonderful open areas," the Duchess said in a short speech before she unveiled a plaque.
