Le Haut Représentant des Nations Unies pour la Bosnie-Herzégovine, Valentin Inzko, a rappelé mardi au Conseil de sécurité que l'objectif poursuivi par ce pays depuis 1991 était son admission au sein de l'Union européenne, mais que cet objectif semblait très éloigné en raison des divisions profondes qui paralysent ses instances politiques.
