UK, France remember war dead

Bells echo from Big Ben as Britain marks Remembrance Day. Thousands gathered in the heart of the city to remember the Commonwealth's war dead. The ceremony was lead by Queen Elizabeth, who layed a wreath on the Cenotaph war memorial. She was joined by several royals, including Prince William, his wife Kate - and British Prime Minister David Cameron. In Paris, French President Francois Hollande lead a sombre memorial at the Arc de Triopmhe. While recognizing past wars, the ceremony also paid tribute to the 13 French soldiers who have died in Afghanistan this year. Remembrance Day is the annual anniversary of the signing of the armistice ending World War One.
