Funeral for a father and son killed by Sandy

A funeral for a father and son killed by superstorm Sandy. The body of 51-year-old John Filipowicz and his 20-year-old son, John C. were found in the basement of their Staten Island home. Local media reported that the two men were found locked in a "final father-and-son embrace". The father, an Ex-Marine and his son had decided to stay in the family home during Sandy while the rest of the family, including John twin brother Joseph, were evacuated. The pair were buried together in a single grave. Sandy slammed into the U.S. East Coast a week ago -- with the U.S. death toll now at least 113.
