Hopefully they've got gas when we get there because if not I'm going to be very upset," State officials announced on Saturday that they plan to deliver 28 million gallons of gasoline over the weekend. On the east coast of Staten Island, many areas were still without power as the major clean up operation began. SOUNDBITE: Staten Island resident Iqbal Mughal saying: "We are cooking on the candles. I mean we are making tea or coffee or something, we are doing this on candles right now because we don't have anything." While other parts of the East Coast are talking about rebuilding, many here say they have yet to hear a word from their insurance companies.
