Le Coordonnateur spécial de l'ONU pour le Liban, Derek Plumbly, a réitéré lundi la solidarité de l'ONU auprès de ce pays, trois jours après l'attentat terroriste qui a notamment coûté la vie au Brigadier général Wissam al Hassan, le chef de la section des renseignements des forces de sécurité intérieure du Liban (FSI).
