Le Représentant spécial du Secrétaire général pour la Somalie, Augustine Mahiga, a salué mercredi l'approbation du nouveau Premier Ministre somalien, Abdi Farah Shirdon, par le Parlement de ce pays, soulignant qu'il s'agissait d'un début encourageant pour la coopération entre ces deux branches gouvernementales importantes.
