Mumford & Sons tops chart; Minaj, Carey have "Idol" fight

Mumford & Sons has scored the biggest debut of the year so far as their sophomore album "Babel" shot to the top of the Billboard 200 chart. "Babel" sold 600,000 copies in its first week, almost doubling the debut sales of Justin Bieber's "Believe," which, until now, was the year's biggest debut with 374,000 units. The group also notched the second-largest digital sales week with 420,000 downloads. A video has been leaked showing "American Idol" judges Nicki Minaj and Mariah Carey in a heated argument. The video - released by online tabloid TMZ - takes place during an audition of "Idol" hopefuls in North Carolina. Minaj is heard yelling and cursing - at one point referring to Carey as "her highness." The drama could be what "Idol" needs this season, as viewership has been steadily declining. Kylie Minogue was in Brazil to promote her new film "Holy Motors," which was featured at the Rio de Janeiro Film Festival. The Australian singer stars in the film about a day in the life of a man who travels between multiple lives. A horde of fans awaited her at the film's premiere - Minogue took time to greet them and sign autographs.
