(SOUNDBITE) (English) ANN ROMNEY, WIFE OF REPUBLICAN PRESIDENTIAL NOMINEE MITT ROMNEY, SAYING: "... Four years ago, I made a videotape and on the videotape and I looked in the camera and I said, 'Mitt, this is for you sweetheart,' I am never doing this again." (SOUNDBITE) (English) HOST JAY LENO, SAYING: "On a serious note, talk about the significance, if he gets elected, being the first Mormon president." (SOUNDBITE) (English) ANN ROMNEY, WIFE OF REPUBLICAN PRESIDENTIAL NOMINEE MITT ROMNEY, SAYING: "Well, you know, I love the fact that we have the first African-American president, that means to me that we are leaving prejudices behind. I would hope that if Mitt were elected we would see more of the same." TV chat shows have become a popular tool for politicians to show their human side. Obama became the first sitting U.S. President to appear on a late-night talk show when he was a guest on "The Tonight Show" in March 2009.
