AEG to drop Jackson insurance claim; Jolie tours refugee camp

PLEASE NOTE THIS EDIT CONTAINS 4:3 MATERIAL Michael Jackson's former concert promoter AEG Live is withdrawing a 17.5 million dollar (USD) insurance claim in the 2009 death of the pop star amid revelations in leaked emails that show company executives were concerned about his stability ahead of his planned London comeback tour. Attorneys involved in the case said AEG's move to drop its insurance claim has "nothing to do with the recent leak" of documents containing the emails, adding that the company no longer needed the money because it was reimbursed by the Jackson estate for its concert-related losses. Jackson died in June 2009 at age 50 from an overdose of the powerful anesthetic propofol and sedatives. Hollywood actress and U.N. refugee agency special envoy, Angelina Jolie has spoken of the horrific stories Syrian refugees shared with her during a visit to the Zaatari camp in Jordan on Tuesday (September 11). Jolie toured the area with members of the U.N. High commission. Bieber-Fever arrived in Germany after Canadian pop star Justin Bieber played a small acoustic concert at the "The Squaire" near the Frankfurt Airport on Tuesday (September 11). The 18-year-old singer is promoting his latest album "Believe." Tens of thousands of excited fans swarmed to a Tel Aviv park on Monday (September 10) for the first ever concert by the Red Hot Chili Peppers in Israel, that comes a decade after the American rock band canceled their gig in Israel due to security concerns.
