S. African fishermen feel the heat

Germany is hosting an international climate change conference, with hopes of reaching a deal on cuts to carbon dioxide emissions.Among the worst offenders is South Africa. It is estimated to be the 13th largest emitter of carbon dioxide in the world.Along the country's coast however, local fishing communities are already seeing the effects.
