Si cette la décision d' « autoriser les journaux dans la catégorie politique et religion » à publier sans envoyer au préalable leurs brouillons devait être effectivement appliquée, elle marquerait une rupture historique avec le contrôle de fer de l'Etat birman sur le contenu des informations (...)
