Clashes in Congo as army retreats

Congolese government troops in retreat. They are returning from the front lines after battling with M23 rebels - who have seized a large swath of eastern Congo. Despite support from the UN, the government has seen several towns fall to the rebels in the past week. MAYBE HAVE SOUND UP OF THE TANKS.... An estimated 260,000 people have been displaced by the fighting, and many end up at threadbare camps, like this one. (SOUNDBITE) (Kiswahili) INTERNALLY DISPLACED PERSON, BAWILI DUNGARI, SAYING: "Since we left our homes, we've not had any help. Even the government has had nothing do with us. We have no food and no shelter, our children sleep outside and there are no toilets and we are short of drinking water." (SOUNDBITE) (Kiswahili) INTERNALLY DISPLACED PERSON, KAYI TESSI, SAYING: "We heard the enemy was coming and fled. Since we arrived here we have not had anything to eat, we are going to die of hunger. There are so many diseases now and some people have died after spending nights out in the rain." Regional leaders are due to meet early August in an attempt to resolve the crisis.
