Squatter clashes continue in Peru

At least one person has died in the second day of violent clashes, when police tried to evict thousands of squatters from private land in the Peruvian capital of Lima.The squatters invaded the lot three days ago, claiming it had been abandoned. But a judge ruled that the occupation of the land was illegal and ordered their eviction.
