Modular Airborne Firefighting System (MAFFS) used in Wyoming

The 153rd Airlfit Wing, Wyoming Air National Guard: 146th Airlift Wing, California Air National Guard; and 302nd Airlift Wing, Air Force Reserve--Peterson Air Force Base, Colo., provide C-130s equipped with the US Forest Service's Modular Airborne Firefighting System (MAFFS) to support the firefighting mission of Rocky Mountain area fires.
