Losing it all in Bangladesh

Salvaging what they can in Bangladesh. Hundreds of homes have been washed away Some of the heaviest rain in years has displaced thousands of families and left nearly 100 dead in northern Bangladesh. Villagers try to erect walls to stop the water from taking away what is left of their homes. Some have lost everything. (SOUNDBITE) (Bengali) FLOOD VICTIM, SAJEDA BEGUM, SAYING: "Suddenly the flood water filled our houses and we took shelter on this embankment. We have lost our food grains -- we have no food now. How will we survive?" Some are trying to rebuild what they once had. Authorities have started to distribute food and medicine. Deborah Lutterbeck, Reuters
