Le Secrétaire général Ban Ki-moon a nommé lundi le diplomate des États-Unis Jeffrey D. Feltman Secrétaire général adjoint aux affaires politiques. Cette nomination s'inscrit dans la continuité d'une série, inaugurée au début du second mandat de M. Ban en janvier 2012, de nouvelles nominations au plus haut niveau de l'Organisation.
