Le juge Laurent Kasper-Ansermet a annoncé lundi avoir remis au Secrétaire général de l'ONU, Ban Ki-moon, sa démission en tant que co-juge d'instruction international de réserve auprès des Chambres extraordinaires au sein des tribunaux du Cambodge (CETC), démission qui prendra effet le 4 mai 2012.
