Près de 2.000 personnes ont pris part jeudi à la seconde édition du marathon annuel de l'Office de secours et de travaux des Nations Unies pour les réfugiés de Palestine (UNRWA), à Gaza. Parmi les participant, il y avait des sportifs amateurs et professionnels de Palestine, du Moyen Orient et du monde entier.
