World News reports.PKGThe cause of the fire is still unclear.Some suspect the blaze was started deliberately by an inmate or was caused by an electrical fault.But media reports say most relatives didn't believe that a prisoner set a mattress on fire, saying that the other prisoners wouldn't have allowed that to happen in a crowded cell.
