Le groupe international qui rassemble l'ONU et ses partenaires diplomatiques soutenant les efforts pour rétablir la paix et la stabilité en Somalie a rappelé lundi que le mandat des institutions fédérales de transition somaliennes allait expirer le 20 août 2012, rendant d'autant plus nécessaire la présentation d'un projet de nouvelle constitution d'ici la mi-avril.
