Le juge Peter Tomka, de la Slovaquie, a été élu lundi président de la Cour internationale de justice (CIJ) par ses pairs. Le juge Bernardo Sepúlveda-Amor, du Mexique, a été élu vice-président. La durée de leurs mandats est de trois ans.
