Une cérémonie a eu lieu jeudi à Dili, au Timor-Leste, pour célébrer la fermeture du bureau du Haut commissariat des Nations Unies pour les réfugiés (HCR), après 12 années d'opérations d'assistance aux réfugiés et autres déplacés. La cérémonie s'est déroulée au palais présidentiel.
