Panama's Noriega Returns Home to Serve Time

Former dictator Manuel Noriega has returned to Panama for the first time in more than 20 years. He was flown from France to Panama as an extradicted prisoner to serve time for killing political opponents in his home country in the 1980's. (Dec. 11)Copyright 2011 The Associated Press
