Trois employés du Haut commissariat des Nations Unies pour les réfugiés (HCR) ont été tués et trois autres blessés lundi matin à Kandahar, dans le sud de l'Afghanistan, lors d'un attentat à voiture piégé couplé d'une attaque d'hommes armés contre un complexe abritant des employés des agences de l'ONU et d'organisations non gouvernementales humanitaires.
