Les héros homériques sont-ils objet d’une adulation trop complaisante de la part de la gent littéraire ? C’est ce qu’affirme pourtant Steve Kowit dans la revue canadienne Arts and Opinion (1). D’un point de vue critique, Richard Tremblay, auteur notamment d’un cycle de travaux pour la scène réinterprétant l’Iliade, l’Odyssée et la tragédie d’Euripide, interroge l’article de Kowit pour en montrer les failles.
