Luka Magnotta arrested in Berlin

The German police has confirmed that Luka Magnotta, the “Canadian psycho” killer, has been arrested in Berlin. He was picked up in an Internet café in the German capital.

Magnotta is wanted in the slaying of Jun Lin, 33, a Chinese student at Montreal’s Concordia University. Magnotta allegedly posted his murder on the Internet and sent by mail severed body parts, including a hand and a foot, to the federal Conservative and Liberal Parties in Ottawa.
