Tibetan Singer Sent to Prison for a Song

Shanghai - The authorities of the Republic of China have condemned another artist for writing verses praising peace and freedom. After the Chinese court sentenced the poet Zhu Yufu to seven years in prison for writing a short poem on the value of freedom of expression, now it is the turn of the famous Tibetan singer-songwriter, Ugyen Tenzin (25), accused of praising the unity of the Tibetan people and independence.
